It's been officially announced that it is not postponed but rather CANCELLED. The producers, promoters and managers of the concert explained that it is due to technical problems and production concerns.

 Hello! I just want to share my experience on how Koreans are like here in the Philippines. I want to talk about this topic because I just love Korean culture and I go somewhat amazed whenever I meet Koreans in the streets. Yes, there sure is a lot of Koreans here nowadays. But since it's vacation time here, I guess Koreans went back to their motherland because I don't see a lot of them here now.
